We are looking for a Night Senior

The ideal candidate must be able to:

have excellent leadership qualities - ability to use own initiative must have excellent written and communication skills be able to deal appropriately with other healthcare professionals be kind and compassionate have common sense have a good sense of humour
Candidate must have previous experience of being a senior carer.

Essentially, the candidate must be outgoing and confident. The suitable applicant will work as part of the caring team to provide personal care, social and emotional support to the Residents in the home. A kind and empathic nature is a must. NVQ 3 required. This position works on a rota pattern, you will be expected to work on Bank Holidays. Applicants MUST be over 18. Enhanced Disclosure is required and applicant to pay fee.

This position is open to both male and female carers.

Contract - 24 hours per week more hours available
