Job Description

Lead by example during night shifts, offering support, supervision and guidance to care staff. Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and independence. Conduct nightly handovers, complete necessary documentation and ensure effective communication with day staff. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents and residents' needs during the night. Ensure all care interventions are documented accurately and in line with company policy. Carry out regular wellbeing checks on residents, including those with higher needs or at risk. Administer medication in line with policy and training, if qualified and authorised. Monitor and maintain a calm, clean, safe and homely environment throughout the night. Report concerns or changes in residents' physical or mental health promptly. Support end-of-life care as required, working sensitively with families and professionals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
