: Senior Care Assistant Please note we do not offer sponsership.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients based on their dietary needs and preferences
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

- Caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail in providing personalized care to meet individual needs
- Empathy and patience when dealing with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity
