Job Title-Night Admin
Days of Work- Sunday to Thursday
Hours of Work- 6pm- 3am
Responsibilities:  
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the office operations  
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel  
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records  
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail  
- Manage office supplies and inventory  
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings  
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining files and documents  
- Utilize computerized systems such as Exchequer and Microsoft Business Central for Purchasing tasks  
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have Excel knowledge
Experience:  
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred  
- Proficient in typing and data entry skills  
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and record keeping  
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office  
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills  
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
