Job Description

Location:

Around Noon Soho

Shift Pattern:

Night Shift: 21:30 6:00(Start and Finish time may vary)

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Handling and Counting:

+ Handle boxes, count packaging materials, and issue them to production teams as per their requirements.
+ Ensure accurate counting and preparation of stock to support production needs.

Packaging Management:

+ Hand over all packaging materials to production teams based on the production sequence.
+ Prepare at least 80% of the packaging requirements for the next day in advance.

Quality Assurance:

Double-check stock on deliveries to ensure accuracy. Liaise with the Technical Team to get approval for all received stock.

Requirements:

Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and handling stock. Ability to work as part of a team and maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors. Strong organisational skills to manage and prepare stock efficiently. Willingness to follow established procedures and maintain quality standards.
This role is critical to ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently by maintaining accurate stock levels and providing timely support to the production teams.
