NIGHT TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Position
Full Time (30-40 Hours per week)Salary
13.21 per hour (13.21 between 10pm and 8am)Pay

Victory Casino Slots is a national provider of Arcade and Casino Slots entertainment in the UK. We operate the best gaming and amusement machines on the market and pride ourselves on offering outstanding service for our customers.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Night Time customer service team at our Newcastle venue.
As a customer service assistant you'll need to be a confident and outgoing as you'll be meeting and greeting our customers and providing excellent hospitality during their stay.
On a typical shift you'll be responsibile for light housekeeping duties, cash handling and preparing simple refreshments for our customers. You'll also be involved in ensuring that the venue operates to strict regulatory requirements, however no previous experience is nessesary as full training will be provided to the sucessful candidate.
We operate 7 days per week, therefore applicants who are flexible and adaptable would be at an advantage.
