We're currently recruiting

Night Shift Industrial Cleaners / Hygiene Operators

to join our team on a

full-time, permanent

Your Role:

As a Hygiene Operator, you'll be part of the essential night shift team, responsible for deep-cleaning production areas, equipment, and workspaces, ensuring we maintain a safe, hygienic environment ready for the next production day.

Key duties include:

Deep-cleaning machinery, production lines, and work surfaces Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment Dismantling and reassembling equipment for thorough cleaning Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures Recording cleaning tasks where required Working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks to deadline Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

Experience in hygiene or industrial cleaning (preferred but not essential--full training provided) Physically fit and able to carry out manual, repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
