About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and motivated

Night Shift Kitchen Supervisor

to lead our night team at Pure Gatwick Airport.

This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role where you'll oversee overnight food preparation, ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organised, and support your team to deliver Pure's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the night kitchen team to achieve daily targets Oversee the preparation of fresh, delicious food following Pure recipes Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are consistently met Manage overnight kitchen operations, including cleanliness, organisation, and stock rotation (FIFO) Conduct handovers with the morning team to guarantee smooth operations Train, coach, and support team members to develop their skills Handle kitchen issues calmly and efficiently, escalating to management when required

Working Hours

Night shifts between

9:00 PM and 7:00 AM

Full-time position with

5 shifts per week

, including weekends and holidays as required
