Work with us

Based at our Tyre Warehouse & Distribution facility and reporting into the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Shift Manager plays a key role in leading our operation. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Warehouse Supervisors and operatives, ensuring customer orders are received, handled, picked and dispatched accurately and on time.



This is a great opportunity to take ownership of shift-based warehouse operations within a busy, high-volume distribution environment. You'll contribute directly to the smooth running of the site and help drive high levels of service, efficiency and safety.

The Day to Day

Leading and supporting a team of Warehouse Supervisors and colleagues during the shift, providing clear guidance, motivation and coaching Overseeing all warehouse activities including inbound, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatch Maintaining a safe, compliant and efficient working environment at all times Planning labour and MHE resources effectively, ensuring the right people and equipment are in place to meet demand Working closely with other site managers - Transport, Inventory and Facilities - to ensure smooth end-to-end operations Building strong relationships with the wider UK hub network, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement Monitoring performance across the shift, identifying issues and taking action to maintain service levels Looking for opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and drive operational efficiency

Who we're looking for

An experienced warehouse leader with a background in managing teams in a fast-paced distribution environment Someone confident in leading, motivating and developing colleagues A strong communicator who can build positive working relationships across departments Organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, high-volume setting Commercially aware, with the ability to plan resources effectively and identify cost-saving opportunities Committed to promoting safety, compliance and continuous improvement
