We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and possess various technical skills. This role involves working with a range of equipment to support production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials and products throughout the facility, full training will be given. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for improved productivity. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Assist in quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery. Familiarity with assembly techniques, and materials handling practices. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
