Night Shift - Production Operatives (Multi-Skilled & Manual roles)

What's in it for you?
Minimum of xc2xa3736 per week / xc2xa338,292 per year (calculation based on xc2xa312 per hour, 30% shift allowance and weekly bonus)
Basic Rates of pay can increase with skills and competencies
Additional pay for Sunday & Friday nights
Annual bonus of up to xc2xa31,000 paid out twice per year
xc2xa3500 joining bonus payable after successful probation
Shift details: 44 hours per week, 4 nights (between Sunday and Friday, 6pm - 6am)
Our multi-skilled roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team. You could be allocated to work in various factories across our state-of-the-art Production facility.

About the role

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:

• Understand production plan.

• Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.

• Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.

• Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.

• Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

Desired Criteria

• 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C.
• Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
• Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
• Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
• Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
• Forklift Experience
• Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
• Full and clean driving licence
