Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of our service users.

Responsibilities

- Help service users with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support service users with mobility around their home
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light household duties
- Keep accurate records of care provided

Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when dealing with service users
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential

Medication certificate required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.70-13.00 per hour
