Position: Taxi Dispatcher
Hours: Night Shifts Only
Troon Cabs is looking for a reliable and punctual individual to join our busy night shift team!
What you'll do:
Coordinate drivers and allocate jobs efficiently
Manage bookings via phone and dispatch system
Provide excellent customer service throughout the night
Keep things running smoothly during our busiest hours
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong multitasking ability
Confident working independently and under pressure
Punctual, dependable, and calm under pressure
Previous dispatch or transport experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
