Night Shift Veterinary Nurse (equine) (part Time)
Job Description
The Night Nurse role is an exciting post within the Equine Hospital. It is a dynamic role working closely with the OOH intern and students to provide nursing assistance. As an RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse) you will be encouraged to fully utilise your nursing skills: this will include emergency and critical care, surgical nursing as well as routine patient care. This post is based at the Leahurst Equine Hospital within the Leahurst Campus near Neston, Wirral.

Hours of Work:
Core hours 0.73FTE. Work pattern is 11 hours with a break, working 3 nights on duty followed by 6 nights off duty, continuous to include weekends, bank holidays and University closed days. The salary is pro rata, plus night enhancement and holiday allowance.The post is available from November 2025.
