you will be responsible for the day to day of the Intake/ Picking to include meeting Service targets effectively, increasing productivity and ensuring quality standards are met.

Your Duties

:


To offload and locate deliveries in a timely and professional manner To maintain the BRC standard throughout the stores and courtyard facilities To make sure that the storage areas are clear and visable for the runners to locate the stock. To assist the stock controllers in their counts for ordering Planning, co-ordinating and monitoring the day to day activities of the department and maintaining quality and productivity levels at all times Liaising with the Management Team to ensure production processes meet the demands of customers. Providing first line support in sorting out Picking problems either for quality / shortages / damages. Keeping Intake Operations free from 'bottle necks' and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched on an agreed timely basis Ensuring that all paperwork is updated and completed accurately Liaising with the administration department to ensure all associated documentation is completed accurately and accounted for. Liaising with Orders desk to ensure orders are fulfilled to the requirements of the customer. Ensuring that daily and weekly records of work are kept for approval and returned to the office as soon as possible to generate invoices. Attend daily meetings as and when required, providing information upon request Responsible for transferring stock and finished goods from Main factory to Unit 6, Bakery , and Unit 11
