OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Proven experience in a similar night operations role within hospitality Strong leadership and problem-solving skills A calm and professional demeanour in handling emergencies Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively A passion for exceeding guest expectations and maintaining high service standards

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Assist in managing all night operations, ensuring the hotel is prepared for the following day's business Complete the night audit process in line with The Celtic Collection standards Oversee F&B and C&E outlets, ensuring they are ready for service Maintain a clean and organized environment both front and back of house Provide support and assistance to all departments during the night shift Lead and coordinate emergency procedures when required Train and develop team members, fostering future career growth Deliver exceptional five-star service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Provide strong leadership across the hotel during overnight operations
