Why you?

Leadership:Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role,preferably in the hospitality industry. Customer Service:A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Communication:Strong interpersonal and communication skills,both in person and over the phone. Problem-Solving:Ability to handle various situations calmly and effectively,resolving issues as they arise. Adaptability:Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently during the overnight hours.

The Role:

Guest Reception:Greet guests arriving during the night,check them in/out,and assist with any inquiries or requests. Security:Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel property throughout the night. Emergency Response:Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents,following hotel procedures and protocols. Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative duties,including processing reservations,handling payments,and preparing reports. Night Audit:Conduct nightly audit procedures,including balancing financial transactions and generating reports. Team Support:Provide support to night staff,including housekeeping,maintenance,and security teams,as needed.
