Why you?

Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Customer Service: A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle various situations calmly and effectively, resolving issues as they arise. Adaptability: Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently during the overnight hours.

The Role:

Guest Reception: Greet guests arriving during the night, check them in/out, and assist with any inquiries or requests. Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel property throughout the night. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, following hotel procedures and protocols. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including processing reservations, handling payments, and preparing reports. Night Audit: Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing financial transactions and generating reports. Team Support: Provide support to night staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams, as needed.
