We're looking for a Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential care home in Pentraeth

About the Role:

As a Night Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with respect and compassion. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, supporting with bedtime routines, overnight monitoring, and responding to any needs that arise during the night.

Qualifications

Experience as a support worker or care assistant, particularly during night shifts Knowledge of care plans and home care practices Strong communication skills in English/Welsh Must register with Social Care Wales Hold NVQ 2 or willing to work towards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.43 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
