Night Support Worker (uk Residency Required)

Job Description

We are recruiting a night support worker to work with young adults with learning disabilities in a Large 3 bedroom house. Set in a beautiful rural countryside estate.

We have a two week rolling rota of;

Week 1 Wednesday, Thursday (8pm-8am)

Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (8pm-8am)

Extra hours can be available to cover holidays and sickness.

Meals are provided while on shift.

Car driver required due to rural location of vacancy. However, company car at the location, no use of personal vehicle required.

No experience necessary as full training will be given.



Responsibilities



Assist service users with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide compassionate support and companionship to individuals in need. Help with meal preparation and medication administration as required. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for service users. Monitor and report any changes in service user's health or behaviour to appropriate personnel. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance care skills.
Job Type: Full-time
