We are now recruiting experienced and passionate Team Leaders to join our commissioning team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture of a brand-new home from day one -- leading by example and delivering exceptional care in a modern, supportive environment.

What You Will Do
As Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day care delivery, supporting residents with empathy, respect, and professionalism. You will lead, supervise and motivate a team of care assistants to ensure our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs. You will oversee medication administration, ensure care plans are accurate and up to date, respond to changes in residents' health or wellbeing, and promote strong communication within your team and with families and visiting professionals. Your leadership will help create a positive, supportive, and safe environment for both residents and staff.
What We're Looking For
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
Proven experience in a senior or team leader role within a care home setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop your team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Medication administration training with up-to-date competencies
A kind, compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care
