Night Team Leader
Job Description
We are a learning disability and mental health residential care home looking for a Night Team Leader to professionally lead the night care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of the supported individuals. To provide care to the supported individuals in accordance with their assessed needs to a person centred standard and to oversee and ensure all caring tasks and duties are completed by the team of support workers.
We are looking for an individual who wants to progress within the care industry and within our service. The ideal candidate will want to progress and be willing to undertake any relevant training as required.
We are looking for someone who is confident in managing a team of night support workers and ensuring all tasks are completed and to a high standard.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required or working towards this qualification.
