Summary

As a Night Team Member at Holiday Inn, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay during the night hours. This position is essential for maintaining the hotel's operations and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met. Provide excellent customer service to guests during night shifts. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently throughout the night. Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Upsell additional services or products to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
