About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, experienced

Night Time Shift Manager

to take the reins during our evening and night shifts. You'll lead our front-of-house and bar team, ensure smooth operations, keep customers happy, and maintain high standards when it counts most -- after dark.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team during night shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service Be the main point of contact for staff and customers during the evening Delegate tasks, oversee breaks, and keep energy levels high throughout the shift Handle end-of-night cashing up, stock checks, and incident logs Maintain excellent customer service -- especially when it's busy Ensure safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards are upheld Manage any incidents or difficult situations with professionalism

About You:

Proven experience supervising or managing a team in a bar, pub, or hospitality environment Confident leading a shift and making quick decisions under pressure Organised, calm, and good at motivating others Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style Comfortable working late hours, including weekends Personal Licence holder is a bonus (but not essential)
