Job Vacancy: Night Trunk Double-Man HGV Driver
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Double-Man HGV Driver for night trunking operations. Working in a team of two, you'll be responsible for trunk runs between Glasgow-Fradley.
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles on night trunking routes
Working in a two-person team to share driving and rest periods appropriately
Ensuring all loads are secured and delivered in line with safety and compliance standards
Conducting pre-trip checks and reporting any vehicle defects
Maintaining accurate paperwork and adhering to tachograph and driving regulations
What We're Looking For:
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Experience with night driving and trunking (preferred)
Good communication and teamwork skills
A professional and safety-first attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 42,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
