Job Description
Due to expansion we are seeking a dedicated Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive hospital. You will work 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota, with 12 hour overnight shifts covering emergency consults, emergency surgery as required, and management of inpatients overnight. You will have veterinary nurse support on every shift to assist with procedures, monitoring and patient care.
This is a fantastic and exciting time to join - there are many future plans including their expansion!
| DUTIES |
Triage and manage emergency and critical cases Perform emergency surgery when needed Oversee overnight inpatient care (fluid therapy, monitoring, interventions) Communicate handover to the day team with clear case documentation Work autonomously, but with access to backup / consults as required
