Hours of Work:
36 Hours Per Week. Monday night to Friday morning, 10.30pm-8.00am.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Communication & Reporting:
Reporting weekly production output sheets to the UCO Team Leader. Communicating effectively with the Warehouse Manager.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure you are following all safety protocols to the highest of standards, ensuring full health and safety procedures and HACCP rules are adhered to and followed. Following all food safety protocols and following the high standards within Frylite Solutions.
Security:
Key holder & alarm code holder.
General Operative Duties
: Including but not limited to; loading & unloading curtains, shunting curtains/tankers, forklift duties, ensuring the correct handling and storage of UCO, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the production areas, meeting daily & weekly targets. Bath operative. Shredder operative.
Essential Criteria:
Ability to demonstrate how you have lived Frylite Solution's Values in previous roles- Respect, Relationships, Work Ethic, Excellence and Success.
A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a production environment.
Valid Forklift Licence.
Bath operative experience or willingness to train on this equipment from day 1
Health & Safety and manual handling awareness and knowledge.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility to cover other Production Teams when operationally required.
Ability to demonstrate you can work well in a team and independently to meet set KPIs/targets.
Effective communicator.
Excellent time management and time keeping ability.
Motivated, determined, and open to learning and developing your skillset.
Desirable Criteria:
Knowledge of food safety protocols in the workplace.
Shunter trained.
