Job Description

Night Warehouse Shift Leader

- Lowfield Heath - 38.5 Hours Per Week.

Shift pattern

- 4 on, 4 off, between the hours of 1800-0600

Are you passionate about delivering Warehouse operational standards on time every time?

Can you lead, coach and develop a dynamic and diverse team of people?

As a Warehouse Shift Leader within World Duty Free you can concentrate on the operations ensuring delivery of your department and management of your team. You will motivate and develop your team to deliver a high performance of warehouse operations so our retail outlets receive their orders on time and in full. It will be your responsibility to ensure all deliveries go out on time and deal with any issue efficiently and effectively.

There is also plenty of opportunity to progress to the next management level for someone who is ambitious and inspired when it comes to excellent operational standards service and leadership.

Please note all of our roles are on a rolling shift basis, therefore the days do change every week.
