Salary: 33,000 (including night uplift)


Hours: 22:00-07:00, Sunday to Thursday

We're looking for a practical, people-focused

Nights Yard Supervisor

to keep things running smoothly through the night. You'll be the go-to person for our drivers, making sure vehicles are safe, ready, and on time, while keeping the yard organised and operations moving.


This is a great step up for someone with transport experience who's ready to take on more responsibility in a friendly, growing business.

What You'll Do

Oversee all night yard activity - vehicle movements, parking, and dispatch Keep in touch with drivers and planners to sort last-minute changes Make sure vehicles are roadworthy, fuelled, and paperwork's in order Support and lead drivers, keeping communication clear and morale high Carry out yard checks and inspections Hand over clearly to the day team so nothing's missed Keep the yard safe, tidy, and running efficiently

What You'll Bring

Experience in transport, logistics, or leading a small team Confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure Solid understanding of fleet and driver operations CPC or Class 1 (C+E) licence a bonus, but not essential Organised, proactive, and happy working independently Positive attitude and a "get it done" approach
