Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nightclub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant nightclub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all guests while maintaining high standards of service and organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality and management to lead a lively venue during evening hours.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all nightclub activities during night shifts, ensuring smooth operation from opening to closing. Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to deliver exceptional guest services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies at all times. Handle guest relations, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Oversee security procedures, including checking IDs, managing crowd control, and maintaining a safe environment for patrons and staff. Coordinate with entertainment providers, DJs, and vendors to ensure event success. Monitor the venue's cleanliness, organisation, and presentation to uphold brand standards. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and incident reports as required.

Skills

Proven management experience within the hospitality or entertainment industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members. Good understanding of health & safety regulations relevant to nightclubs and public venues. Effective communication skills to liaise with staff, guests, security personnel, and vendors. Flexibility to work during evening hours, weekends, and special events as required. Pay: From 12.50 per hour
