Key Responsibilities

Clearly and persuasively communicate key brand messages to attract and retain customer interest.
Support the setup and execution of promotional events and activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Gather and share customer feedback to help refine future promotional strategies.
Maintain strong product and service knowledge to confidently address customer questions.
Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement creative promotional campaigns.
Ensure promotional materials are presentable, accessible, and effectively distributed.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in promotions, customer service, marketing, or sales is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Bilingual ability is highly desirable, enabling stronger engagement across wider customer groups.
