Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being promoted to answer any queries effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies. Ensure all promotional materials are well-presented and available for distribution.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or promotional role is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this will enhance communication with a broader customer base. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients is essential.
