Job Description

Nights Guest Service Assistant/Audit - approx 24 hours per week (3 shifts)

The Holiday Inn Express Walsall is a busy 120 bedroom hotel requires a Nights Guest Service Assistant to assist the Night Manager, You need to have previous experience in a similar role and be "hands on" and willing to multi skill in all departments.

Ensure the hotel is secure the and ensure that guests are checked in and following standards. Also that all food and beverage areas are ready for service on each shift. This includes cooking some hot breakfast items ready for breakfast opening at 6.30am

Excellent customer service skills are a must! As well as the ability to follow stringent health and safety regulations

Shifts are usually 11pm to 7am and include weekends and bank holidays

Full training will given at the Holiday Inn Express Walsall M6 J10.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
