An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cooking and Cooling Operative to join our Further Processing department.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely cooking, cooling, and handling food products to ensure the highest quality, hygiene and efficiency.

What you'll be:

Working closely with the Cooking and Cooling Supervisor, to ensure each product meets its specification and take immediate action to report anomalies, helping maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

Working proactively to achieve production targets, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation without compromising quality.

Operating tools, machines and equipment to assist in the manufacturing process of all products.

Complete all paperwork as instructed accurately and within time specifications.

Maintain a clean and tidy work area, keeping it free from debris and waste to reduce risk of accidents, and ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Desirable

Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment or a similar role is desired, but not essential.
