Job Description
Salary 14.40 per hour. 30 hours per week, including weekend shifts.

Hevercourt is looking for an experienced Night Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have NVQ3 or above and prior experience in a care home. Assistance with training will be given. Hevercourt is a family owned residential care home for 47 residents. We aim to deliver kind care and to have a happy care team. We are a well run home and rely heavily on our own staff, not agency. We care for our residents and we care for our staff.
As the Night Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 3 staff, and ensuring that medication is properly dispensed in your shift. You will have medication experience and will be part of the senior management team.
