We are now looking for a Nights Transport Admin Clerk to support our overnight transport operations by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining efficient communication across the team to help deliver exceptional service.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Accurately process transport documentation including manifests, delivery notes, and driver logs Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Monitor and update transport systems with real-time data Resolve queries and escalate issues where necessary Maintain compliance with company policies and transport regulations Support the night shift team with general administrative tasks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role (desirable) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
