About us:

We are a small family run business, bringing American style donuts to Edinburgh. We love to mix the traditional flavours and anything weird and strange.

Job Summary:

Shifts -
rotating 4 days on 3 days off for 10 hour shifts.

shift start time ranges between 7pm and 10pm.

A bit about you...

We are looking for eager beavers to help us as we continue to grow.

You need to be able to work nights, fun, enthusiastic and a team player. After all, we make and decorate donuts. Its fun!

You will need to have an interest in food production and a love of Donuts. We will train you in the production of Donuts using real ingredients no pre-mixes. You need to be comfortable working on your own as well as with others.

Responsibilities

Job includes, but not limited to the following:

Fulfil all bakery jobs to our standard. Weighing and measuring ingredients. Maintain a clean and orderly bakery by following a 'clean as you go' mentality. Washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out rubbish, receiving and putting away deliveries. Ensure all food and other items are stored correctly. Perform other bakery duties as assigned. Keeping accurate records as per Food Safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

The ability to work nights The ability to follow recipes and take instructions. Good timekeeping and time management. Strong communication skills. Friendly, helpful, confident, keen and engaging personality.
