Description

As a Nightshift Bakery Assistant , you will assist in the production of our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, output, quality, hygiene and health & safety.

Position:

Nightshift Bakery Assistant

Hours:

16 Hours per week, Friday and Saturday evenings

Start Times:

6pm till 02.30am

Rate of Pay:

14.07 per hour

What You'll Do

Always working safely in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation Operating in multiple production departments within the Bakery Preparing and chaffing dough Lidding pies Filling doughnuts Weighing ingredients/following a recipe to create products Filling machinery/hoppers Baking products Packing and inspecting products to ensure legal compliance Carrying out cleaning duties in the Bakery and packaging area ensuring a high standard of hygiene/sanitation

Experience in a bakery environment is a bonus -- but not essential. We'll give you all the training you need to rise to the occasion.
