Hourly Rate: 16.55

Working Hours: 24.5 hours per week, rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 21:30-05:00

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Sodexo is currently looking for a

Nightshift Cleaner

to join our dedicated cleaning team at the Johnnie Walker site in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values a clean and safe environment.


As a Nightshift Cleaner, you'll play an essential role in maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the wider team during out-of-hours operations.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and washroom cleaning. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard and in accordance with site-specific procedures. Replenish cleaning materials and toiletries as required. Follow all health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Report any issues or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure documentation is accurately completed.

Ideal Candidate

Previous cleaning experience is essential. Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good timekeeping and reliability. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a cleaning environment. A driving licence is not required but may be helpful due to shift timings.
