Do You See a Difficult Child -- or a Child in Difficulty?
At Lifestyles Residential Services, we believe the difference lies in
perspective
-- and in the people who care enough to look deeper.
We're not just looking for someone to stay awake during the night. We're looking for someone who understands that the
night can be the hardest time for a child who has experienced trauma
-- and that safety, calm and quiet reassurance can change everything.
If you value
compassion
,
teamwork
,
integrity
,
structure
, and
hard work
, and if you want to be part of a team that truly makes a difference -- even while the world sleeps -- we'd love to hear from you.

emotional safety

empathy
, and ensuring young people
feel held and supported
, even in the quiet hours.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining a
safe, nurturing environment
through consistent overnight presence
Supporting young people with
bedtime routines
, night-time anxieties, and any emotional needs that arise

regular welfare and safety checks
throughout the night
