Stanworth Law Solicitors, located in Burnley, specialises in providing high-quality legal services exclusively for personal injury cases. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team, focusing on Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) cases.
Role Description: NIHL Paralegal
We are looking for a full-time, on-site NIHL experienced Paralegal to manage caseload of both pre-litigation and litigation NIHL cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents and assisting with client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of NIHL cases
Prepare and organise legal documents
Communicate effectively with clients
Handle both pre-litigation and assist in litigation processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law
In-depth knowledge of law and legal document preparation
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Experience working in a NIHL department
Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
Experience in occupational disease cases
