Registered Nurse with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council).

Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential. A committed and organised approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll have excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills and be willing to learn and develop throughout your career with us. Candidates must be passionate about caring. Work flexibly within rostered hours and on-call rota as required.


Y Assist with the assessment of care need for service users.

Y Plans, delivers and evaluates individual care / treatment plans in consultation with service users, their relatives, care team and other external professionals.

Y Supervising the qualified staff ,care and therapy staff in the quality of delivery of care to meet the individual needs of the specific client group to achieved planned goals.

Y Ensure all Highfields policies and procedures as well as NMC guidelines are followed and being maintained at all times through effective record keeping auditing .

Y Staff scheduling and delegation of duties to meet service needs as well as legal requirements.

Y Ensuring the good rapport with the MDT and maintaining regular updates with review meetings regarding client care and progress.

Y Auditing care documentation, drug monitoring , administration and auditing according to NMC guidelines'

Y Ensuring staff supervision training and development
