As one of the Captains in our Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests have an exceptional time with us. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards.


Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor during shifts. To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards. Make sure all service prep is ready in advance; including table set-up, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper filled, etc. Attend and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team. To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome. Anticipates guest's needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times. To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
