Warmly welcome every guest, creating a memorable first impression that reflects Nobu's signature hospitality. Manage the reservations system with accuracy and clear communication, keeping guests informed and ensuring a smooth, delay-free experience. Escort guests to their tables with care, providing menus when needed and personally introducing their waiter or waitress by name to build immediate rapport. Offer a sincere thank you as guests depart, ensuring their final impression is as exceptional as their first.
Serve as an ambassador for Nobu, consistently embodying our values, philosophies, and commitment to genuine, heartfelt service.
