As we continue to scale, we're looking for a commercially-minded

Non-Executive Finance Director

to support the Board with financial oversight, strategic input, and governance. Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies and procedures to support the company's growth objectives. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Monitor cost control measures to enhance profitability. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the service industry. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Demonstrated experience in cost control and financial planning. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
