Prison located in
Stretton, Rutland.
We are looking for a non-medical prescriber who ideally has experience within Long term conditions, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
The Primary Care Service is covered:
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week over 4 days
7.30am - 5.30pm
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary between 51,643- 58,012 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Non Medical Prescriber your responsibilities will vary. You will
Undertakes Clinical Nursing Practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver care to patients
Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence.
Provide treatment as required, including prescribing medication, within their sphere of competence.
Carry out comprehensive assessments of patients looked after.
Provide advice/support in relation to crisis situations, conditions, and treatment plans,
based on medical and treatment history.
Carry out a clinical review with the patient and update care plans accordingly

Qualifications required:
Registered professional with current active registration (NMC, GPHC, HCPC)
BSc or equivalent qualification
Non-medical prescribing qualification
Understanding and knowledge of policy developments related to the delivery of primary care
services including , Clinical Governance, Quality & Outcomes Framework Understanding of evidence based practice
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
