Your Role

Capgemini Engineering is on the lookout for talented Stress Engineers

with a background in aerospace or marine engineering and a sharp eye for non-conformance. If you're ready to work on high-impact projects, solve real-world challenges, and grow your career in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment--we want to hear from you.




In this role you will play a key role in:

Assess non-conformances and determine impact on component and system performance using hand calculations and FEA. Prepare engineering justifications for concessions and repairs, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards. Perform a range of structural analyses including stress, fatigue, and life assessments, with clear reporting of results. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting findings and supporting design-for-manufacture decisions.

Your Profile

Degree-qualified in engineering or a related discipline, ideally mechanical, with experience in stress analysis for airframe or aero-engine systems. Familiar with aerospace manufacturing, producibility, and concession processes. Strong communicator and team player, able to work accurately to tight deadlines. Comfortable liaising with specialist teams and reporting at multiple levels.
