As we strive to enhance our passenger experience and expand our operational capabilities, we are seeking talented and experienced Non-Executive Directors to join our Board.

Role Overview:

As a Non-Executive Director at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, you will bring your expertise, insight, and governance experience to drive our strategic vision and ensure accountability.

You will provide oversight & provide strategic leadership to the executive team in order to shape the future of the airport while safeguarding the interests of stakeholders and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of the airport's vision, strategy, and policies.

Provide independent oversight and strategic contribution to the Board.

Monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Challenge and support the executive team in their decision-making processes.

Engage with stakeholders to promote the airport and its initiatives within the community.

Bring commitment to our values of sustainability and community engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a Non-Executive Director or in a senior governance role is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of the aviation industry, business development, or related sectors.

Proven track record of strategic thinking and ability to challenge and advise.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships.

Commitment to promoting sustainability and community welfare.
