Duties
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organisation.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Manage organisational resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
Supervise senior staff and foster a positive organisational culture centred on collaboration and excellence.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and organisational goals aligned with the organisation's mission.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community members.
Lead fundraising efforts and oversee grant applications to secure sustainable funding streams.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing the organisation's activities.
Represent the organisation at public events, conferences, and media engagements to enhance its profile.
Skills
Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong management skills with a track record of organisational oversight and strategic planning.
