James Taylor Carpentry Contractors Ltd is seeking an experienced

Non-Working Carpentry Supervisor

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing

4 out of our current 14 active sites

, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a

non-working supervisory role

, focused on site management, coordination, and quality control rather than hands-on carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a minimum of 4 construction sites Oversee carpentry teams and subcontractors Ensure work is completed to specification and programme Maintain high standards of health and safety Liaise with management, site teams, and clients Travel between sites across the South West
Requirements

Minimum

5 years' carpentry experience

Minimum

2 years' experience at supervisor level

Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously Full, clean driving licence Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
Hours & Benefits

Full-time hours:

7:00am - 4:30pm

Company vehicle provided

Uniform provided

Hourly pay negotiable depending on experience
